Allgemeine Regeln
Die Nordsee PSK Diplomserie wurde vom Europäischen PSK Club (EPC) am 8. Juni 2008 gestiftet. Die Diplomserie wurde geschaffen, um Kontakte mit EPC-Mitgliedern in verschiedenen EU-Areas, die an der Nordsee grenzen, zu fördern.
Die Nordsee wird im Westen durch die Orkney Inseln und der Ostküste Englands bzw. Schottlands begrenzt. Das nördliche und zentrale europäische Festland bildet die Grenze im Süden und Osten. Folgende Länder sind Anliegerstaaten: Norwegen (LA), Dänemark (OZ), Deutschland (DL), Niederlande (PA), Belgien (ON) und Schweden (SM). Im Südwesten geht die Nordsee durch die Straße von Dover in den Ärmelkanal über und hat so eine Verbindung zum Atlantik. Im Osten wird über das Skagerrak und Kattegat eine Verbindung zur Ostsee hergestellt und die Meerengen trennen Dänemark von Schweden bzw. Norwegen. Im Norden grenzt es an den Shetland Inseln und öffnet sich dem Europäischen Nordmeer, einem Randmeer im nordöstlichsten Teil des Atlantiks.

Das NSA Bronze, NSA Silver, NSA Gold, NSA Platinum und NSA Diamond Diplom kann von jedem lizensierten Funkamateur, jeder Klubstation und jedem SWL nach diesen Regeln beantragt werden, wenn nachgewiesen werden kann, dass Stationen in 30, 40, 50, 60 oder 70 EU-Areas der Nordseeregion in den PSK-Modi (B(Q)PSK31, B(Q)PSK63 und B(Q)PSK125) gearbeitet bzw. gehört wurden. Es zählen nur Verbindungen auf Kurzwelle (1,8 - 30 MHz). Jede EU-Area zählt nur einmal. Alle Verbindungen müssen nach dem 10. Juni 2006 getätigt worden sein.
